Purchase Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. These purchase–sale rules (hereinafter – Rules) are a legally binding document for the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the acquisition of goods, payment for them, delivery and return, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase–sale of goods in the online store mimioutlet.lt (hereinafter – the online store).

1.2. The Seller is UAB "Aistės kodas", legal entity code 302681618, VAT payer code LT100011973510, registration address Eišiškių pl. 28, LT-02184 Vilnius, Lithuania, managing the online store mimioutlet.lt (brand "Mimi Outlet"). Email info@mimioutlet.lt, phone +370 666 26662, +370 616 01696 (hereinafter – Seller).

1.3. Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods in the online store. Consumer – a natural person purchasing goods for non-business, trade, craft, or professional purposes.

1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with the Rules, understand them, and agree to them.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, specified the delivery address, selected the payment method, and familiarized themselves with the Rules, clicks the "Pay" button (or performs another equivalent action), and the Seller confirms the order by sending a confirmation to the email specified by the Buyer.

2.2. Each purchase–sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the online store's database.

3. Goods and Prices

3.1. The prices of goods sold in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) including VAT.

3.2. The assortment of Mimi Outlet consists largely of unique items (last items, display items). Such items may have minor defects, which are indicated in the product description and/or photos. The Seller strives to accurately present the condition of such items.

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices and assortment of goods.

4. Payment

4.1. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the methods offered in the online store — bank transfer via online banking, credit card, or other methods available at the time of ordering.

4.2. The order is processed upon receipt of payment.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Delivery conditions, terms, and prices are specified in the Delivery Rules. Pickup at the Seller's warehouse (Eišiškių pl. 28, Vilnius) is free of charge.

5.2. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must check the condition and completeness of the shipment. If any damage or deficiencies are noticed, it must be noted in the carrier's document and the Seller must be notified immediately via email info@mimioutlet.lt.

6. Buyer's Right to Withdraw from the Agreement (14 Days)

6.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the remotely concluded agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

6.2. The procedure, conditions, form, and exceptions for exercising the right of withdrawal are established in the Return Rules.

7. Product Warranty and Quality

7.1. All goods sold in the online store are subject to the statutory quality guarantee according to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Consumer Rights Protection Law: the goods must comply with the purchase–sale agreement for 2 years from the day of delivery.

7.2. Certain goods may be subject to a manufacturer's commercial warranty, the terms of which are specified in the product description or warranty card.

7.3. The warranty does not apply to natural wear and tear of the product or damage caused by improper use, maintenance, transportation, or storage.

8. Processing of Personal Data

8.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. More detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability of the Parties

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration or order form.

9.2. The Seller is not responsible for errors in the information available in the online store that arise due to the actions of third parties, as well as for losses incurred due to improper use of the online store by the Buyer.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached — in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. The Consumer who believes that the Seller has violated their rights may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or through the European Commission's online consumer dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Rules at any time. The Rules applicable to the order are those in effect at the time of order submission.
