Return Policy

1. User's right to cancel the contract

1.1. The User has the right, without stating a reason, to cancel the distance purchase–sale contract within 14 (fourteen) days.

1.2. The 14-day period begins to be counted from the day the User or a person designated by them (excluding the carrier) receives the item. If the User ordered several separately delivered items in one order, the period is counted from the day of receipt of the last item.

2. Implementation of the right of cancellation

2.1. To exercise the right of cancellation, the User must notify the Seller in a clearly formulated manner — by email info@mimioutlet.lt or by mail to Eišiškių pl. 28, LT-02184 Vilnius.

2.2. The User may use the sample cancellation form provided in point 7 of these Rules, but this is not mandatory.

2.3. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that the notification of the cancellation of the contract is sent before the end of the 14-day period.

3. Return of the item

3.1. Upon cancellation of the contract, the User must return the item to the Seller without delay, no later than 14 days from the notification of the cancellation of the contract, to the address Eišiškių pl. 28, LT-02184 Vilnius.

3.2. The returned item must be:

  • undamaged and retaining its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not torn);
  • in the same configuration as the User received it;
  • with documents confirming the purchase of the item.

3.3. The User is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

3.4. The User bears the cost of return shipping. The User organizes the logistics for returning bulky items (furniture) independently or can arrange in advance for delivery to the Seller's warehouse.

4. Refund

4.1. The Seller will refund the User all amounts received from them (including the initial cost of delivering the item to the User, if applicable) no later than 14 days from the day the Seller received the returned item or the proof provided by the User that the item has been shipped — depending on which event occurred first.

4.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless the User explicitly agrees to a different refund method. The User incurs no additional costs for the refund.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

5.1. The User's right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements made due to:

  • products made according to the User's individual order or clearly tailored to their personal needs;
  • products that spoil quickly or have a short expiration date;
  • packaged products that have been unpacked after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
  • products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
  • other cases provided for in Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Return of defective or unsuitable products

6.1. If the Buyer receives a product of unsuitable quality, not the right one, or a damaged product, the Buyer has the right to:

  • request that the Seller replace the product with one of suitable quality or deliver the ordered product;
  • request a reduction in the price of the product;
  • withdraw from the agreement and request a refund.

6.2. It is necessary to inform the Seller about a defective product within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months from the date of discovering the defect. Claims regarding defective products can be made within 2 years from the delivery of the product.

6.3. In such cases, the Seller covers the return shipping costs.
