Delivery Rules
1. Delivery Geography
1.1. Mimi Outlet delivers goods throughout Lithuania. For delivery outside Lithuania, please contact us via email at info@mimioutlet.lt — we will negotiate prices and terms individually.
2. Delivery Methods
2.1. In-store Pickup (free)
Eišiškių pl. 28, LT-02184 Vilnius. Goods are stored at this address, so pickup can always be arranged directly. Please contact us in advance at tel. +370 666 26662 or +370 616 01696 regarding the pickup time.
2.2. Courier Delivery — Venipak, DPD, LP Express.
Suitable for small-sized items (interior details, lamps, dishes, textiles). Delivery occurs on weekdays to the address specified by the Buyer.
2.3. Delivery to Parcel Locker — Omniva, LP Express, DPD.
Available for small-sized items that fit into the parcel locker.
2.4. Delivery of Large Items (furniture)
Furniture (sofas, beds, tables, wardrobes, composite items) is delivered by special transport. The delivery price and time are negotiated individually based on the delivery address and item dimensions. Typically, delivery is made to the front door — carrying into the apartment and assembly are additional services that are arranged separately.
3. Delivery Times
3.1. Standard courier and parcel locker shipments are delivered within 1–3 working days from the receipt of payment.
3.2. Delivery times for large items are negotiated individually — usually ranging from 2 to 10 working days depending on the address and item availability.
3.3. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the item is delivered on time, but is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers) or force majeure circumstances.
4. Delivery Prices
4.1. Final delivery prices are provided in the order form before payment — they depend on the chosen delivery method, item dimensions, weight, and delivery address.
4.2. The delivery price for large items is negotiated individually. Please contact us via email at info@mimioutlet.lt or by phone before placing an order if you want to receive an exact price.
5. Checking the Condition of Goods at Delivery
5.1. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must check the condition of the package and the completeness of the goods.
5.2. If any damages are noticed (torn package, signs of bending, broken elements), the Buyer must:
- not sign the carrier's documents confirming that the shipment was received in good condition, or sign with a note about the damage;
- take photos of the damages;
- immediately, no later than within 24 hours, notify the Seller via email at info@mimioutlet.lt, attaching photos and the order number.
5.3. Later claims regarding damages that occurred during delivery may be difficult to prove, so please do not skip this step.
6. Mimi Outlet Specifics
6.1. Many items in the online store are last pieces or display items. Such items may have minor appearance defects, which are indicated in the item description. This is not considered a quality defect at the time of delivery.
